Jane Bailey is the owner of the hotel.  Her son Christopher is the license holder and her mentor.  He has more experience in this trade and is also a Manager of another establishment.

Pauline Turnbull is the Hotel Manager.  She joined Jane in May 2008, and once again is very experienced in the hotel trade.
